Incoming Trader spots for the Fall 2026 class are expected to be filled by February 2026.

Candidate Assessment Tests
Once we review your application and think you may be a fit, you will be sent a link to take our assessment tests.
Screen Interview
After completion of the assessment tests, successful candidates will be invited to take part in a 30 minute interview with our Senior Vice President of Recruiting, Cary Grill.
In-Person Interview
If your conversation with Cary goes well, you will be invited to visit one of our trading floors to meet with a Senior Vice President of Trading along with our traders. This will be your chance to get immersed in the action of the trading floor. This round can also be done remotely, if more convenient.
Final Interview
For your final round interview, candidates will meet with our Managing Director of Trading, Ben Baller. This virtual interview lasts about 20 minutes and represents the final step in your interview process.
Offer
Congratulations! If you've been selected for a Trader role, you will receive an offer letter via email with full details.
